Several took out awards at the Australian Meat Industry Council’s Sausage King south-west final.

GOLD: Black Angus & Burgundy Sausage & Italian Pork Sausage with Fennel, Rosemary, Parsley and Grana Cheese.

SILVER: Chilli, Cheese & Bacon Sausage; Traditional Pork Sausage & Beefy Barn Burger.

BRONZE: Satay Chicken Sausage.
